Queue

talkiing self-adjusts the order in the queue based on well-defined pre-coded parameters combined with your own preferences. talkiing also includes a very special "leave system". Group Chat

With talkiing, you can create topic-specific chat rooms for group chats, where an advisor is assigned either in direct counseling or as a moderator for user conversations.
The starting point is full anonymity, but other things can be agreed within the chat room.

Office 365 Login

If you're used to working in Office 365, talkiing can also be integrated and managed from there.
This means that if you are logged on to your PC you are also logged on to talkiing.

Chatbot

With talkiing you can easily build your own chatbot. It can help you answer the most common questions, even outside business hours. All it takes is for you to create a free chatbot in QnA Maker from Microsoft, which you can then integrate into talkiing in minutes.

Dashboard

The talkiing dashboard provides the full overview with standard widgets, links, videos and images as quick aids for administrator, coordinator or helpline staff respectively.

Language

talkiing supports Danish and English languages.

Design

The talkiing chat window can be integrated and customized to your own website so it doesn't stand out design-wise.

Templates

Administrators can create templates with internal guidelines, tips, procedures and quick help links for the helpline staff during the conversation itself.

Autoresponse

Change the text of the system-generated autoresponders, e.g. at the end of a conversation for all channels, and create consistency and recognisability for users.

Rights Management

Rights Management gives you an overview of which menu items and settings each role has access to. Assign, manage, and edit rights directly in talkiing.

Two-factor login

Increase security and choose two-factor login for your helpline staff, coordinators and administrators in talkiing.
