Børns Vilkår is behind BørneTelefonen , which offers children help and comfort from adults. Every day, year round, volunteer helpline staff are ready to listen and help children and young people in Denmark with their problems, large and small. Together with them, we developed talkiing in 2012 based on their specific requirements, and today they use it daily to offer help through several channels.

This is confirmed by Børns Vilkår, who has found that the SMS helpline is the fastest growing medium in the entire history of the children's helpline 'BørneTelefonen' . The SMS's are sent to BørneTelefonen's unique number, and the helpline staff can quickly respond and see the status of ongoing conversations directly in their browser.
